Her er karboinnholdet i krydder og tørkede krydderurter. Alt er for 1 teskje tørket. Som dere ser er det ikke mye karber her ! Ikke noe å være redd for altså. Bruker dere kryddermixer kan det være en god ide å se til at det ikke er sukker i (det er det i noen mixer). Store mengder kanel kan også gi mye karber (betyr bare noe under induksjonen, da man har mindre karber å gå på)
