Dagen har stort sett blitt tilbragt på kjøkkenet. Har fått iset av fryseboksen, noe som virkelig trengtes. En del måtte kastes og jeg har nå isfri frys, med plass.
I frysen fant jeg en del fisk, som passet seg ypperlig til fiskekaker.
Ingredienser
700g Torsk
700g Laks
200g Parmesan
2.5dl fløte
2 egg
2 fedd hvitløk
Krydder
- Chili (2 ts)
- Curry (2ts)
- Pepper (en del)
- Cayenne (litt)
- Ingefær (litt)
Fisken malte jeg og blandet det godt sammen med det tørre.

Jeg fikk 25 fiskekaker ut av min deig. Siste kunne vært 2, men jeg ville ha en stor. De smaker snadder.
Det blir ca 0.7g karbs pr fiskekake.
