Nå er det 4 uker siden jeg startet å igår lagde jeg min første hjemmemekka middag. helt egen oppskrift å det ble knall godt.
4 porsjoner fløte kylling:
jeg brukte 3 kylling fileer, for liker godt med kjøtt,

tilslutt et godt tykt lag med ost, revet selv, for da er det null karbs, de ferdige revet ostene inneholder carbs
