Breakfast:
1 portion protein-powder
20 ml cream
10 ml oliveoil
some cinnamon
some water
Lunsj:
4 wieners
75 gram *sweet pies in a belg (Dont know what you call them in USA, in Norway we says "sukkererter"
Early dinner:
Wok with salmon and wieners,
+ cabbage, red pepper and pies

Havent eaten it yet, but I think it will be:
chops from the porks neck 200 gram
sallad with mixed greens, most cabbage
