I am no different than you:

• I am a mother of four! I had all four in four years, starting in 1999.
  The last two were twins by c-section.
• I transformed my body without the help of a nanny, a personal trainer,
  a regular sitter or grandparents nearby.
• I do my own cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, etc...
• I have days where I don't get a shower
• I OFTEN find it hard to "feel like" working out
• At times my kids fight to not go to the gym childcare
• I don't come close to eating "perfect"
