Sv: I ate high carb food today!
Yup, it does depend a lot on each person - some experience a standstill for a couple of days, some gain 0.5 kg, and some can gain up to two - or even three - kilos. Of course it's all water weight, so in any case you've only put your weight loss on hold for perhaps a couple of days, maybe a week at the most. 
Oh, and it's a good idea to drink a lot of water - that way the water weight will be "flushed out" more quickly!
