Hvordan er fettinholdet i den?
Ricotta fra kumelk har rundt 8-10 %. Ricotta (som betyr "kokt igjen" på italiensk) er laget av mysen som blir til overs fra osteproduksjon. Den inneholder dessuten 3-4 % laktose, som gir en karakteristisk søtsmak.
