det står at man skal unngå margarin på atkins (introduksjonen),men på Kiwi fant jeg en margarinpakke fra First price,og den innholder ikke transfett,men rapsolje og palmeolje. noen som for meg høres bra ut.

Husk at de Flerumetta Plante oljer(alt som er flytende i kjøleskapet) ødelegger Stoffskiftet ditt og Lavt Stoffskifte gir mange sykdommer! ! det spiller ingen rolle om de er Kaldpressa eller ikke! Men prosessen er bedre! Jeg spiser masse ex Virgen Kokos olje(1,75 72 kg 56år)og ørlite Ex virgen Oliven olje!

than those on the "bad" diet,(Meieri-Smør,H-melk etc.) in spite of the fact that those men on the "bad" diet continued to smoke(som fortsatte å Røyke)!

Plante Fett gir Bryst Kreft
A maternal diet high in n - 6 polyunsaturated fats alters mammary gland development, puberty onset(tidlig Pubertet), and breast cancer. These data, if extrapolated to humans, may explain the link among diet, early puberty onset, mammary parenchymal patterns, and breast cancer risk, and indicate that an in utero exposure to a diet high in n - 6 PUFA and/or estrogenic(høyt Østrogen) stimuli may be critical for affecting breast cancer risk.

Our animal studies show that a high maternal consumption omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(Plante fett), PUFA), increases both circulating estradiol (E2)(østrogen) and the risk of developing carcinogen-induced mammary tumors among the female rat offspring(unge dyr). If true for women, breast cancer prevention in daughters may include modulating the mother's pregnancy intake of some dietary fats.(spise mye mindre Plante-Oljer som:Solsikke,Raps,Soya etc.)

Plante Oljer = Kreft !!
In a detailed study of the carcinogenicity(Kreft-fremkalling) of different quantities of unsaturated fat,(Plante & Fiske fett) tested levels ranging from 0.5% to 10%, and found that the cancer incidence varied with the amount of "essential oils" in the diet.(mer Plante Oljer lagde mer Kreft)
This suggests that the optimal EFA (Plante & Fiske fett) intake might be 0.5% or less.
