Du kommer med rimelige bastante påstander her.

Her ar studien:
Heart J. 2005 Nov;46(6):975-85. Relationships between serum unsaturated fatty acids and coronary risk factors: negative relations between nervonic acid and obesity-related risk factors. Oda E, Hatada K, Kimura J, Aizawa Y, Thanikachalam PV, Watanabe K. "The objective of the present study was to analyze the relationships between serum USFA and CRF [coronary risk factors]." "Oleic acid (OA), linoleic acid (LA), and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) were positively(dvs.øker risikoen) related to coronary risk factors (total CRFS = 2, 3, and 4, respectively), while nervonic acid (NA) exerted negative effects on these risk factors (total CRFS = -6 ). It is concluded NA may have preventive effects on obesity-related metabolic disorders.
Så Omega-6 plantefett har en risiko: 3 ganger CRFS !
Ergo, ikke særlig bra for hjertet vårt!
India 1960/70: 1 Million jernbane-folk: Sør-India, de spiste ca. 15x mer Plante & Fiske Oljer og hadde ca.15x mer Hjerte Lidelser!
Nord-India, spiste ca. 15 x mer Metta fett og ca. 15x mindre Hjerte Lidelser!

Israel =Et Ernærings Eksperiment !! Israeli Jews may be regarded as a population-based dietary experiment
Israel has one of the highest dietary polyunsaturated/saturated fat ratios in the world; the consumption of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids is 10% higher than in most European countries. In fact, Israeli Jews may be regarded as a population-based dietary experiment of the effect of a high omega-6 PUFA diet, a diet that until recently was widely recommended. Paradoxically a high prevalence of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and obesity!!!!!There is also an increased cancer incidence and mortality rate, compared with western countries

Diet and disease--the Israeli paradox: possible dangers of a high omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid diet. “Thus, rather than being beneficial, high omega-6 PUFA diets may have some long-term side effects, within the cluster of hyperinsulinemia, atherosclerosis and tumorigenesis.”(Diabets,Åreforkalkning og Kreft)
