Tagatose - søtningsmiddel
Jeg har funnet et søningsmiddel i Belgia som heter Tagatose. Når jeg leter på nettet etter informasjon finner jeg blant annet følgende sider, som bare har positive ting å si   :

Advantages
Tagatose was originally developed by a pharmaceutical multinational for post-operative treatment of bowel cancer. In fact Tagatose restores the intestinal flora. Its nice sweet taste and numerous other advantages were discovered later on: - A very low glycaemic index: Tagatose has practically no effect on the blood sugar level. This makes Tagatose suitable for type I & II diabetics.
- Purely natural. Extracted from lactose, which we find in dairy products (NB the final product contains no remaining trace of lactose and is therefore 100% lactose free). Tagatose is therefore not a synthetic or artificial sweetener.
- A prebiotic effect that helps the intestinal flora. This stimulates smooth and optimum bowel function and digestion.
- A low calorie value of 1,5 kcal/g. That of ordinary sugar is 4 kcal/g.
- Nice taste, similar to that of real sugar. Absolutely no artificial after-taste.
- 100% tooth friendly! Tagatose does not cause any tooth decay.
- Does not cause any stomach pains!
Er det noen som har hørt om dette, eller har erfaringer med dette søningsmiddelet.
For meg ser det ut til å være for godt til å være sant. Jeg har ialle fall kjøpt produktet i vanlig matvarebutikk i Belgia.
Sjokoladen smakte også helt fortreffelig.
