Here is another thought: Nature puts very little vitamin B12 in foods meant for people. This should tell us something. If she put very little of this vitamin in food, it must mean that either we don't need very much, or that we must rely on bacteria to form it for us. Also, who can say how much of this vitamin is necessary?
