Jeg spurte like gjerne leverandøren jeg og de sendte forespørselen videre til leverandøren av rapsoljen. Her er svaret:
Our rapeseed oil is warm pressed. We use only fysical pressing and mild
temperatures. When using mild temperatures during pressing we get all
important natural ingredients (plant sterols, vitamines,plant fenols etc)
of the seed to the oil. Refining is done with steam and in this proses
there is no oxygen involving that means that the oil is not burned in any
kind. Refining takes a way of the oil components that affect negatively to taste, colour and quality.
Så dette er en mao en raffinert olje.
