Sitat:
However, research is pointing to the possiblility that it may never be possible to increase mineral content of our bones using cow’s milk as a calcium source. The vast majority of the world’s population does not drink cow’s milk nor do they have osteoporosis (soft, porous, calcium-deficient bones). Why do the nations that drink the most milk have the greatest amount of fractures from osteoporosis? Something does not make sense with the idea that milk is a wonderful source of calcium for our bones.
